SERVICES

Individual Therapy

At Serene Psychological Services, all of our clinicians offer individual therapy to clients experiencing a wide range of mental health and life challenges. Our clinicians believe that individual therapy is a collaborative process between the clinician and the client seeking to address personal issues, emotional difficulties, and mental health concerns.

This therapeutic approach provides a safe, confidential environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with the guidance of a compassionate and professional clinician as they utilise a range of evidence-based techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client, helping them gain insight, develop coping strategies, and foster personal growth.

Through regular sessions, individual therapy aims to empower clients to overcome difficulties, work through past challenges, improve their overall well-being, and achieve their personal goals, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling life.

Couples Therapy / Marriage Counselling

Several of our psychologists offer Couples Therapy and Marriage Counseling to those facing relationship challenges. Our Clinicians draw on evidence-based strategies and techniques that aim to empower partners to work through relationship challenges, enhance emotional connection, and overall create a more satisfying partnership.

This collaborative process involves a trained psychologist facilitating open communication between partners in a safe and supportive environment. The goal is to address the issues in the relationship, allowing both individuals to express their feelings whilst also encouraging honest dialogue to help partners identify patterns of behavior that may be contributing to their relationship difficulties.
