Teresa works with adults and couples. Teresa’s primary field of work is in the area of trauma, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, attachment disorders, relationship difficulties, and life related stress.

Rachel works with clients of all ages with presentations including, but not limited, to mood and anxiety disorders, behavioural difficulties, drug and alcohol concerns, grief and loss, and trauma-related disorders.
