Ahmad is a dedicated psychologist who completed his Master of Educational Psychology at The University of Melbourne. He works with adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, addictions, sleep difficulties, life transitions, anger and stress management, and self-esteem concerns.
Ahmad tailors his therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing upon evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). His diverse clinical experience spans working with individuals from 5 to 64 years of age, across multiple ethnicities and religious backgrounds.
With experience in private practice, student support services, and outreach programs, Ahmad has also developed strong skills in psychological assessments and report writing. He adopts a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental approach, fostering a safe and supportive space for clients.
Ahmad truly believes that every individual is amazing—they just need to be heard and understood to truly shine. His goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered. Together, he works with his clients to navigate life’s obstacles, helping them overcome challenges and build the confidence and skills needed to live their best lives.
