Dr Saleha Javed

Provisional Psychologist

Saleha (Sally) is dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional well-being and resilience. She holds a Master’s of Clinical Psychology, Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology, and a PhD, with her doctoral research exploring psychological well-being in high-pressure environments.

Saleha completed her extensive training overseas and is required to practice as a provisional psychologist for 3-months whilst she completes her transitional program in Australia.
Saleha brings a wealth of experience in delivering evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She is passionate about supporting individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, drug addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and trauma-related conditions.

Saleha has a special interest in sexual harassment counseling and provides a safe and supportive space for clients to process their experiences, rebuild confidence, and regain a sense of empowerment. Her compassionate and client-focused approach ensures each individual feels heard and understood as they work toward healing and recovery.

Saleha is bilingual and speaks fluents Hindi/ Urdu , Punjabi, and English.

Masters in Clinical Psychology (Lahore, Pakistan)

Advance Diploma in Clinical Psychology (Riphah International University Islamabad)

PhD (Taylor’s University, Subang Jaya,
Malaysia)
