Clinical Psychologist
Jessica completed her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Swinburne University of Technology. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan in education settings, community mental health services and crisis services.
Jessica currently offers evidence-based treatment to adults who may be experiencing anxiety disorders, grief and loss, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma-related disorders and postpartum disorders. Jessica has a special interest in women’s mental health, particularly the perinatal period.
Jessica believes the key to productive therapy is a safe, non-judgmental and supportive therapeutic relationship. She aims to increase self-awareness and empower her clients to explore their world with honesty, confidence and curiosity.
Treatment plans are tailored to the individual’s therapeutic goals, often with an emphasis on practical coping strategies. Jessica is trained and experienced in a wide-range of evidence-based therapies, most commonly drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR).
