Jessica is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working in both forensic and clinical settings. She provides psychological support to adults (18+ years) from diverse backgrounds, addressing a broad range of challenges, including addiction, offending behaviour, mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, and trauma-related disorders. Jessica also works with individuals facing emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural concerns, adjustment issues, and social challenges.
Jessica understands that asking for help can feel daunting, yet it is a brave step towards healing. She is committed to building strong and supportive relationships with her clients, where they feel safe, heard, and accepted without judgment. Jessica’s approach encourages clients to engage in meaningful conversations, connect with their vulnerabilities and feelings, and find hope—even in the most difficult circumstances. Above all, Jessica’s goal is for her clients to feel truly seen, valued, and empowered throughout their journey.
