Kymberley Scharpf

Psychologist

Kymberley completed her Master of Counselling Psychology at Swinburne University of Technology. With over 20 years of therapeutic experience, she prides herself on providing confidential, non-judgemental therapy to adolescents, adults, couples and families in an empathetic, flexible and creative way to best meet their goals and specific treatment needs.

She works successfully with a wide variety of clientele utilizing eclectic and evidence-based interventions such as: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused and Strength based Interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Trauma Frameworks etc.

As a clinician, Kymberley works from a holistic perspective and particularly enjoys assisting clients in the following specialty areas of treatment, in order to heighten the emotional management of issues in their lives: sexual abuse and trauma management, anxiety, depression and mood disorders, challenges around self-esteem and confidence, personal issues, grief and loss, couples counselling, stress management, complex family dynamics and parenting support, career and workplace and life directional issues.

Kymberley offers individual therapy and couples therapy / marriage counselling.

Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology)

Graduate Diploma of Applied Psychology

Master of Counselling Psychology

Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS)

Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Mondays: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Tuesdays: 8:30am – 3:30pm

Wednesdays: 8:30am – 3:30pm
