Nicole Burnett

Director / Clinical Psychologist

Nicole (Nikki) is a Clinical Psychologist who completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at Deakin University. Nicole works with adolescents and adults who are experiencing a range of difficulties including but not limited to; mood disorders, anxiety disorders, adjustment and trauma related disorders, personality disorders, grief and loss. Nicole has a strong interest in working with people with PTSD including emergency service workers and people who are living with a complex trauma history. Nicole also works with couples who are experiencing relationship difficulties.

Nicole offer’s a motivational, holistic, and client-centered approach whilst encouraging the individual to utilise their own personal strengths to enhance their experience of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Skills (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Schema Couples Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution Focused Therapy.

Nicole is also available to provide supervision to psychologists who are completing their clinical registrar program and to provisional psychologists in a supportive and non-judgemental space.
